Sample Order Policy

We know that the style, fit, size, and colour are all important considerations for selecting uniforms. As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we encourage our business customers to purchase samples.

Please contact us at to make a request for samples. We will invoice for the cost of the samples and shipping to send the garments to you.

We also require pre-payment in full for all sample items. When we receive the samples back from you, we will issue you store credit that can be used towards your order.


Returned samples eligible for credit:

  • Must be in a re-saleable condition, clean, and undamaged (e.g. unused, unworn, unwashed, no make-up stains, no cigarette smell, no pet hair). 
  • Soiled or damaged samples will not be credited.
  • Please email us your tracking information to confirm the return delivery of your samples.
  • Samples must be returned within 14 days, unless agreed upon by our customer service team.
