We offer back embroidery services, but we highly recommend considering heat-transfer vinyl or screen-printing for the back of your garment. These options are lighter and provide more stretch compared to back embroidery.

1. Add Items to your cart

  • No minimum quantities are required for embroidery.
  • The initial embroidery set-up cost is $49.50. A one-time cost that won't be charged on repeat orders.

2. Submit your Embroidery Request

  • The Shopping Cart Page has a section to include your branding requirements. Tell us the logo placement, logo width (optional), and the garment you would like to get branded. The more information you provide, the better!
  • Attach the logo artwork with your request. Please provide us with a high-quality image that we can use to digitise your logo. Vector formats such as ai, eps or high-resolution PDF are preferred. We will still accept other image formats, such as png, jpeg, etc. 
  • Upon completion of the checkout process, you only pay for the garments. We will send you a pro forma invoice for the embroidery charges. Once we receive your payment, we will process your order.
  • If you want a repeat embroidery (i.e. we have your logo on file), you can check select repeat. A team member will email to confirm the logo we have on file and send the pro forma invoice. 

3. Artwork Approval & Order Confirmation

  • We will contact you within 1 business day with a pro forma invoice or further questions.
  • After payment, we will digitise your logo and email you to confirm the design, position, size, and colour for your final approval. You will see how the embroidery will look before it is completed.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days & shipping for delivery from the artwork approval date. Please let us know if you require the garments urgently, as we can make provisions to expedite your order.

Embroidery & Logo FAQs

How long will it take to receive my embroidered garments? The delivery timeframe is typically 2 weeks. Please let us know if you need it urgently, and we may be able to expedite your order.  
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for embroidery?There is no MOQ for logo/text embroidery.
What products can have embroidery?
We can embroider most products in our range - including polo shirts, caps, pants, jumpers, vests, etc. There needs to be enough clear space between any pockets and seams for us to achieve your embroidery. 
We are unable to embroider over seams or pre-sewn pockets. If you require pocket embroidery, ensure a loose pocket is provided. This info can be found in the description.
How much does embroidery cost?
The cost of embroidery is dependent on the size and detail of the logo, as well as the number of units ordered required. We charge a one-time logo set-up fee of $49.50, which is waived for repeat orders.

What file type do you need me to supply the logo?
You can supply the logo in any high-resolution image format, including .jpeg, .jpg, .png etc. If you have the logo in a vector format such as .ai, .pdf, .svg or .cdr, please upload that file for the best logo reproduction.

Can I see my embroidery before it is completed?
Yes, we have a proof approval process for every new logo we receive.
  1. Complete payment of the embroidery charges
  2. A digital embroidery proof will be emailed to you. You can confirm the size, colour, design and placement before we proceed with the embroidery.
  3. We will do free revisions until you are happy with the embroidery. A sew sample can also be posted if you need further confirmation. 
What are the benefits of embroidery over screen printing?
We recommend embroidery over screen printing for most branding jobs. Embroidery is more tidy, detailed and robust compared to printing. Especially with small chest logos, embroidery can produce highly detailed designs. Printing is only recommended for large back logos.
Before I order, can I see a mock-up of what my completed uniforms will look like?
Mock-ups for logo position and sizing can be completed once the order is confirmed and payment has been received. Please get in touch with us with what garment and designs you would like to receive a mock-up of, and we can organise it for you.
Can you recommend where my company logo should go?
Generally, the organisation logo will go on the left chest as you wear it. And name embroideries (e.g. David, Peter) will go on the right chest as you wear it.
